Flexible Forever is lifestyle practice that incorporates stretching, strengthening and balancing exercises based on Yoga, Pilates and Physical Therapy. Becoming Flexible Forever focuses on the Physical body as well as the Mind and Spirit. Flexible Forever is a community that supports personal growth, change and connection.

OPEN to anyone new to yoga, experienced practitioners, those who hate yoga and aren't good at yoga, healing bodies, aging bodies, lazy bodies, restless bodies, home bodies, and those wanting to connect to the same.

$35 in advance and $45 on day of at door.
(After May 10 workshops will be on the first Saturday of the month.)

This popular workshop has a new beautiful home at Community Yoga! The Monthly Long Slow Deep Stretch Workshop finally has a new home and new name. “Deep Stretching for Tight Bodies and Active Minds.” Many have attended these workshops enjoyed many laughs, interesting conversations, and made great friends.

ZOOM Class Schedule

Please Note: All classes will be recorded to view when convenient or to repeat.

  • SUNDAYS - 4-5pm PST — Relax & Renew
    Start the week by relaxing the mind and body in rejuvenating restorative poses on the floor.
  • MONDAYS - 10-11am PST — Basics & Balance
    The practice focuses on balance and strength. Standing poses create bone density, strength and stability in the legs, hips, back, feet and glutes to support balance. Active movement improves circulation and stability of the core muscles. This practice is excellent not just for beginners, but for everyone who wants to get in shape and stay Flexible Forever!
  • TUESDAYS - 4-5pm PST – Flexible Forever
    FREE YOGA CLASS on Zoom Every Tuesday - To register contact me at yogadance@cox.net to receive meeting ID and password.
    Join us for an all levels yoga class. The class will include gentle movement, strength training, core conditioning, balancing poses, stretching and information on how to stay healthy, active and Flexible Forever!
  • WEDNESDAYS – 10-11 PST - Pilates—Core on the Floor
    A Pilates based practice using props: weights, stretch bands ball and ring. All levels.
  • THURSDAYS - 4-5pm PST – Yin Yoga - Stretch & D-Stress
    Static poses on the floor or wall are held for 3-5 minutes and target the connective tissue: fascia, ligaments and joints.
  • FRIDAYS - 10-11am PST — Flexible Forever
    The class will include gentle movement, strength training, core conditioning, balancing poses, stretching and information on how to stay healthy, active and Flexible Forever!
  • SATURDAYS - 10-11am MST – DEEP STRETCH
    A popular class that incorporates several stretching practices including yin yoga, resistant stretches and mobility exercises.
